A business consultant works alongside owners and leadership teams to diagnose problems, identify growth opportunities, and put practical strategies in place. At Beyond Touch, that means getting into the detail of how your business actually operates, not just handing over a report and disappearing. Our consulting work covers everything from business planning and process improvement through to AI strategy and leadership development.

Is Beyond Touch a business consulting firm or a mentoring service?

Both, and that combination is genuinely rare. Most business consulting firms deliver a project and move on. Most mentors offer guidance but stop short of hands-on implementation. Beyond Touch sits in the middle — we consult on strategy, then stay involved to make sure it actually gets executed. How is a business consultant different from a business coach?

A business coach tends to focus on personal development and mindset. A business consultant focuses on the business itself — its structure, strategy, processes, and commercial performance. Grae and the Beyond Touch team work across both, because in practice the two are inseparable. A better leader builds a better business, and a better business creates a better leader.

Do you work with businesses outside Lincolnshire?

Yes. While we're based in Lincolnshire and work closely with businesses across the East Midlands, a significant part of our consulting and mentoring work is delivered remotely to clients across the UK. If you're looking for a business consultant who can work with your team online, we deliver the same quality of support via Zoom or Teams.
